For many years having an Apple product was a dream and still the craze goes on. The Google powered Android entered into the market and the fight is ON. Since the high-end smartphones comes with 8 mega pixel camera a lot of people prefer to take pictures on their phone rather than taking out their digital camera.
Taking photos with the devices always available on their hand is convenient and fun but the task of selecting them and printing is out of your patience. The good news is that Mobile Printer APRi is launched and it prints the pictures from any mobile phone with much hassle to work around.
As the name itself indicates Mobile Printer APRi is a printer for mobile phones but what exactly mobile mean here? The mobile is not movable or nowhere related to mobility but it’s about the capability of the printer to print documents from various mobile phone supported by it.
Using your Android phone you can print photo directly. You just have establish connection between your phone and the printer by placing the phone on the dock provided in the printer or using USB connectivity. Browse the photos on your phone and click on Print to get quick print of this printer. But the only limitness which I find in this printer is that it only supports printing of JPEG photos and no other format is supported. The APRi photo printer uses the Dye sublimation thermal transfer method of printing the photos and output print resolution is 300 dpi x 300 dpi. The printer at first is provided with a trial of 12 photo prints of 150 mm x 100 mm.
The users who are looking to print from their Android devices, they should install ‘Bolle Photo’ apps available for download on the Android Market.
This Century APRI photo printer supports iPhone 4, iPhone 3GS, iPhone 3G, iPod touch, iPod touch, iPod touch, iPad, iPad 2 and any other Android OS phone. The printer weights 1.4 kgs and includes separate black and color cartridges.
