This is a theme (like skin), you must apply using application Apply KitKat Experience section, or you can apply manually using the release configuration.
This theme is compatible with almost every launcher with full support for: Nova, Aviate, Apex, Next 3D (with the support of 3D scene mode), TSF Shell, GO, Solo, Smart, ADW, Action, Holo, Atom, lucid, and most others.
This theme is compatible with Unicon, which allows to apply any icon pack launcher (including the new Google Launcher now!)
If necessary, additional application instructions listed item in the Support website or in the Help section of HERA concept application.
To change wallpaper: Press Menu> Wallpapers> Scroll to bottom HERACon> Select Wallpapers> Apply
To add Hera Project Analog Clock Widget:
Press Menu> Widgets> Scroll to KitKat Experience Clock> Select and resize using your launcher
